Terms of Use
Last updated: July 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vektor project-tracking application and website at www.vektornow.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1.Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Accounts are typically created by a workspace administrator, who is responsible for managing members and their access. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2.Subscriptions, trials & billing
- The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- New workspaces may receive a free trial (currently 7 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the applicable subscription may begin.
- Fees, plan limits, and features are described at the point of purchase and may change with notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or bypass security or access controls.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
4.Your content
You (or your organization) retain ownership of the projects, tasks, and other content you submit ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for your Content and for having the rights necessary to submit it.
5.Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vektor and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.
6.Availability & changes
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
7.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.
8.Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vektor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vektor harmless from claims arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11.Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vektor operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
